Refund policy

At this time we are only able to accept returns within the United States. International returns will not be accepted.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at store@givepower.org . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your item has been received, and your return request has been accepted you will receive a refund, less the initial cost of shipping, to your original payment method. Please note all items must be returned new and unused. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.

You are responsible for all shipping and packaging costs to return your item.
