How do you calculate your shipping and handling charges?
For domestic and international orders, we use discounted contracted rates for USPS and DHL Express to each destination. Rates and delivery times will vary.

Can I save on shipping by picking up at your warehouse?
If you are in the Austin, Texas area and would like to pick up your order in person, please contact email@example.com to arrange a pickup window.
What is the return policy for online purchases?
At this time, we are only able to accept returns from orders shipped within the United States.
Currently, we are unable to accept International returns.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your item has been received, and your return request has been accepted you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note all items must be returned new and unused. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.

What if I need to cancel my order?

How long does my refund take?
Once your item has been received at our warehouse, and your return request has been accepted you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note all items must be returned new and unused. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. We will process your return to your original payment method within 3 -5 days of receipt of the items. Processing times vary per credit card, we will do our best to refund your item as quickly as possible.
How will I know that you’ve received by order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email to the email provided.

How will I know if my items are available for immediate shipment?
All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of your order to the store. We will do our best to shorten this window but please note, that overnight delivery is not possible at this time.
How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Orders may ship to any address indicated in checkout process. Please note, we are unable to ship one order to multiple addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?
Yes. To save on cost and to minimize our carbon footprint, we will ship everything at one time.
How do I use a promo code?
If you have access to a promo or discount code, please enter it in the field provided at checkout to receive your savings.

We have secured your information to the best of our ability. Shopify is certified according to the Level 1 PCI DSS standard. It means that the stores are equipped with data encryption tools, protection of Shopify payment transfers, prevention of viruses at the servers, risk analysis tools as well as constant security monitoring.
Will you share my email address with others?
No, we will not share your email address. It will be added to our Mailchimp account to receive our Newsletters.
How do I unsubscribe from your email list?
Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any GivePower email. We will miss you, but you're welcome back anytime!
Which products are available for custom co-branding?
If you are a GivePartner, at this time, T-Shirts & Hoodies are available for custom co-branding. Be aware that item availability may be affected by global supply chain issues. We have a minimum order of 50 units per item. Additional fees will apply for labor, design work and processing. Please reach out directly to firstname.lastname@example.org for inquiries.

Donations to GivePower Foundation
What percentage of the products value goes to GivePower?
20% of the value of and individual item and 10% of the value of the bundle is a donation to GivePower. The GivePower store does not make a profit from storefron sales. Pricing is set up to break even with our costs with the added donation percentage.
What projects am I supporting with the donation?
Your purchase from the GivePower Storefront supports all of our life-changing programs. By providing people with access to clean water, powering schools, improving conservation efforts, delivering emergency relief to a disaster stricken community and more, your on-going support enables us to do what is necessary, when it's necessary.
Is my donation to GivePower through the store tax deductible?
100% of any “Donation” items purchased are fully tax deductible (where allowed by law).
Can I get a refund for my "Donation" item?
"Donation" items are not eligible for a return or refund.
Are the items I purchase tax deductible?
20% of your order (excluding shipping and tax) is a tax-deductible donation to GivePower for individual items purchased. For any bundle purchased, 10% of your order (excluding shipping and tax) is a tax-deductible donation to GivePower.
